Yoga is a large part of what we do at Whole Life Northwest. This summer we are hosting Yoga in the Park in collaboration with Tacoma Metro Parks! The yoga is a mix of hatha and vinyasa that is suitable for all levels. It also also kid friendly! Our goal is to provide an enjoyable outdoor activity and opportunity for connection in our community! Click above for more information!
If you are new to yoga or experienced, we looking forward to sharing all of yoga’s practices with you. Much of our Yoga is focus on the physical practice (Asana), but we make a point to incorporate all of the other limbs and lots of laughter. Click above for more details and Registration.
The Whole Life Challenge
The Whole Life Challenge is a 14-week mindfulness journey designed to bring more clarity, energy, and enjoyment to your life. Every two weeks, you’ll integrate a new habit, layering them to create a sustainable routine that nurtures both your mind, body and spirit. Starting with 15 minutes of journaling to clear your thoughts, you’ll gradually incorporate movement, uninterrupted time in nature, and meaningful weekly social interactions. As the challenge progresses, you’ll refine your nutrition, engage in daily learning, and develop a meditation practice. By the end, these habits will work together to enhance your mental clarity, physical health, and overall well-being—leaving you more energized, focused, and present in your daily life.

A huge part of our mission is to cultivate caring communities. We facilitate a number of group classes and gathering to further develop these connections and develop our personal growth through shared experience.

- Satya – Truth Circle – This is our coed group gathering. Providing a safe and loving space to process life and share experiences.
- Men’s Group – Nurturing a more open and emotionally supportive community within the male dynamic.
- Women’s Group – Nurturing a loving and supportive community among women.
- Team Building – This is a custom group of colleagues or friends, to deepen the connection and cohesion in your community.
Whole Life Guides
We work with people 1-on-1 to help them find the answers that they need to feel more fulfilled. We believe that we all have the answers within us and we try to help you see the answer that you already know underneath it all. Our guides have a large culmination of training and life experience to share and relate to your experiences. Geared towards a more personal connection that helps you to uncover the answers that are within you, we act as a guide to uncover the solution for yourself. Our focus is helping people that feel stuck in there life or some situation, to break free and experience the freedom and beauty that life can offer.
- 1-on-1 guided sessions – We work with you to assess your life and values in order to co-create a path for your future. This is not a sit and listen to our advice kind of sessions, this is co-creating and coming up with the answers together to overcome your struggles.
- Group Work – There is so much power in group work, but not everyone is ready for it. Through the power of group, we get to see similar experiences and get to hear several different perspectives.
- Awaken Program – This is still in development, but we will be offering a 10 – 12 weeks course that helps your shed the layers that are holding you back from feeling good and living the life that you want.
